Sonic Soul Restorative is a guided two-hour experience for those seeking a deeper connection to the cycles of life, death and rebirth — whether facing the end of life, supporting a loved one in transition, or drawn to conscious dying practices as a way to live more fully.

The Sound Journey & Elemental Dissolution

At the time of death, the body’s elements — earth, water, fire, air, and ether — release in a natural sequence. This journey guides participants through a sensory experience of that dissolution, offering insight into what it may feel like to surrender, making space for deeper intimacy with the transition we will all meet one day.

Through vibration, rhythm, and tone, the sound journey serves as an initiation, allowing us to experience the dissolution of the physical and the expansion into the unseen. This practice is not just about dying — it is about learning to live with presence, trust, and a deepened connection to the sacred cycles of existence.
