Being present and companioning people at death has called me since I was a child. Across the years, I have learned and been impacted personally and in close proximity to people experiencing sudden death, suicide, infant death, miscarriage and those dying from life-limiting illnesses.
I pay attention to the cycles of the natural world and respect animism. Advocating for authentic choice through spaces of initiation, transition and transformation are where I serve best. I show up to these intimate and altered spaces with presence, compassion, emotional intelligence and spiritual maturity.
I listen deeply and stay attuned to the dynamics that surface that are beckoning attention and care during the end of life process. I know how empowering it is to be heard, respected and honored as a whole person in the midst of vulnerable situations.
I support clear and healthy boundaries. I hold dignity high. One of my current passions is after death care rituals. I have found these rituals to give space for spirit to leave the body and to offer healing and support to loved one’s with their grief journeys.
My background is an eccectic rainbow of holistic education, Healing arts, movement and sound modalities. I am a Certified Death Doula and Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in the state of Oregon. I hold space for and companion beings and their families moving towards end of life and crossing through thresholds and transitions in their lives.
