Yoga for Dying: Sonic Soul Restorative and Elemental Dissolution

Are you experiencing the death of old ways of being? Are you facing a life limiting illness that has you preparing for the end of your life? Are you wanting to grow practices that soothe your nervous system and support you in challenging and unpredictable times?
We invite you to join us in the spirit of reverence, release and renewal. The way we live prepares us for the way we die. Practicing to meet the thresholds of life and death is known to soothe and tend to underlying anxieties and concerns towards change and soul evolution. Through somatic release, breathing, meditation and sound healing we curate a space where you will have the opportunity to rest, release and dissolve what you are ready to let go of and to nourish new pathways of trust and possibility with life.
